We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Transaction Administrator to join our global team. This role will be instrumental in executing commercial compliance policies, legal, and audit requirements in daily operations during customer documentation reviews. The primary focus will be on processing signed customer quotes and ensuring that compliance is met with established policies. This role supports all regions, but primary focus will be on APAC and EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in customer service.
Responsibilities
Documentation Processing
Review and process signed customer quotes to ensure compliance with commercial policies, audit and legal requirements
Cross-check quotes against established compliance policies to identify any discrepancies or issues
Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests with no supervision
Policy Execution
Execute and uphold commercial compliance policies, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately in daily operations
Collaborate with legal and audit teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding compliance-related inquiries and issues related to customer quotes
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and provide guidance on policy adherence
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of processed quotes and compliance checks, ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible
Prepare and present compliance reports to management, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements related to quote processing and compliance execution
Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance compliance knowledge and skills within the team
Projects
Participates in department project work
Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of the pure Booking Compliance Office process
Qualifications
Experience
Proven years of experience in customer support, order management, or customer service in a large company
Previous experience in a global type role, particularly in APAC and EMEA regions, is a plus
Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and compliance checks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
English both in spoken and written
Japanese language will be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
