:** Join Equinix as a Senior Account Executive, where you will drive sales of our innovative solutions to mid-market new accounts and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
Lead a coordinated sales approach with internal teams and external partners.
Utilize strategic alliances to penetrate accounts effectively.
Research and document customer business landscapes.
Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow existing accounts.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Equinix solutions.
Deliver compelling sales pitches, adapting to customer personas.
Address high churn risk and facilitate contract renewals to protect revenue.
Understand and manage customer contractual obligations.
Monitor opportunities in SFDC and forecast sales accurately.
Prioritize accounts for short and long-term sales objectives.
Collaborate with the Opportunity Development Team to qualify leads.
Lead negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms.
Provide guidance and expertise to junior team members.
Assist in onboarding and training new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
