    Position summary

    S enterprise application implementation.

    Lead the entire AMS technology team from offshore to ensure technical issues are addressed as per SLA and there is business continuity in the process.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and guide technical AMS team on daily activities and support business

    • Lead OIC integration architecture discussion with respective as needed

    • Leal all technical aspects of overall application support and development

    • Learn and adapt to new technologies in a short duration

    • Work with the team of analysts and leads implementing new cloud business applications and integrations for Equinix

    • Assist in Implementing product features/proof of concept code that Equinix could use to expand its business objectives and application landscape

    • Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of the agreed process

    • Assist in coordinating the activities of the Oracle Application Integration services

    • Provides first-line support to users of financial systems including

    • Responding to Business User queries

    • Providing one-on-one support, explanations, and mentorship to users regarding integrations

    • Triaging data issues, process issues, and user errors prior to escalating to IT

    • Take the lead role in

    • Assisting with the business case

    • Planning and monitoring

    • Eliciting requirements

    • Requirements organization

    • Translating and simplifying requirements

    • Requirements management and communication

    • Requirement analysis

    • Liaise with IT and business users to define and prioritize business-related issues associated with systems

    • Partner with other system owners to ensure data quality, timing, and integration impacts are fully understood

    • Execute System integration testing

    • Coordinate user acceptance testing for new systems or improvement releases. This involves assisting with crafting test cases and follow-up to ensure users complete testing per the schedule

    • Learn and adapt to new technologies in a short duration

    • Work with the team of analysts and leads implementing new cloud business applications for Equinix

    • Assist in designing, implementing, and testing the agreed process

    • Assist in coordinating the activities of the Application Management services

    Qualifications

    • Developed, maintained, and supported Oracle Integrations cloud services

    • Worked on integrations with well-known applications like Salesforce, Service Now, Workday, Bank Statements, Oracle R12, Bloomberg, and other enterprise applications

    • Hands-on configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the Oracle Integration cloud

    • Excellent programming skills with Webservices/APIs

    • Proficient in Oracle Apex, OIC, ODBC, Oracle VBCS, PCS, JENKINS, GIT, Oracle SQL, JAVA, HTML, Shell Scripts, and Oracle PLSQL

    • Good analytical and problem-solving ability

    • Good understanding of SFTP, Security, and encryption technologies

    • Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud for Infrastructure

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field

    • 6-8 years of experience working within the IT organization of a large multinational company

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    • Preference to computer science, mathematics, and related fields of study

    • Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
