APACのArchitecture & Deploymentチームの一員として,グローバルチームと連携し,設計されたサービスの計画と提供に必要なビジネス,インフラストラクチャ,ソフトウェア要件を評価します。また,マネージドサービスアーキテクチャの進化に向けた取り組みやプロジェクトに,最新の技術トレンドを取り入れ,より高品質で革新的なサービスの提供を目指します。

主な業務内容

当該チームでは以下のような業務を担当しています

• 製品とサービスのアーキテクチャ設計および展開

  • マネージドサービスインフラストラクチャに関連するコンポーネント
    (スイッチ/サーバー/ストレージ/データベース/バックアップ/アプライアンス/さまざまなベンダーのソフトウェアテクノロジー)
    を分析,選択し,概念実証テストを実行,最適な構成を検討

  • 完成したインフラストラクチャの展開

• 社内プラットフォームとネットワークのアーキテクチャ設計

• インフラストラクチャ運用担当者への引継ぎおよびサポート

• 新製品または既存製品の進化に関連する技術的側面での製品チームのサポート

• オペレーションチームに対する,レベル４サポートの提供

• プラットフォームのライフサイクル設計

• 複雑なソリューションにおける非標準の技術的ソリューションレビューの実施

• その他アーキテクチャのテストと検証

• ビジネス要件の技術面からの分析

• 新規技術の調査,分析,評価

必須要件

• ITインフラストラクチャ(サーバ,ネットワーク,ストレージ)に関する中程度以上の知識および5年以上の業務経験

• 中規模以上のプロジェクトの管理

• VMWareに関する中程度以上のスキル(vSphere,ESXi,vCenter,NSXなど),中規模以上の構築経験

• ネットワークに関する知識(L2, L3, BGPなど)

• バックアップソリューションに関する知識(Commvaultなど)

• ストレージに関する知識(NetAppなど)

• 日本語：ネイティブもしくは日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2以上

必須ではないが望ましい要件

• PMP Certification

• ITILを用いた運用経験,もしくは,ITILの理解

• ビジネスレベルの英会話
