We are looking for a software engineer (Java/Kotlin stack) willing to own the full lifecycle of services-from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the product manager, UX designer, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis

• Works with the Product Manager to understand customers' and stakeholders' needs

Software Architecture

• Participates in architectural review process

Software Design

• Leads features and multiple microservices design

• Evaluates and recommends adoption of solutions

Development

• Develops scripts and code for a feature and multiple microservices

• Cross-technical integration

• Participates in peer reviews

• Adoption of standard coding processes

Testing

• Develops tests

• Fixes defects

• Develops test strategies for lead features

DevOps

• Operate services in cloud platforms with containerization

• Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines

• Monitor and ensure system security, health and performance

Project Management

• Provides level of effort (LOE)

• Works with the engineering manager and product management teams to define the schedule

R&D/Innovation

• Investigates, analyzes, and evaluates new technologies

Qualifications

• Typically requires a proven years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
