This is an internship/apprenticeship opportunity with he minimum duration of 12 months and maximum- 24 months.The role is located in Frankfurt am Main.
What you will be doing (Responsibilities/Tasks)
Support general administrative and operational activities within the global HR Services team
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, including benefits information, while gaining familiarity with tools such as Workday and ServiceNow
Maintain and update employee records in the Time & Attendance system, with exposure to tools such as ADP
Assist the team with documentation related to ongoing projects
Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, ideally in your 2nd to 6th semester of a bachelor's degree program
Available to work 15-20 hours per week
Strong ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a global and fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with business proficiency in both English and German
Capable of producing accurate and timely reports, and comfortable sharing information and ideas with others
Analytical and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new software
