IT Technician- Software & Mobile Devices

• Participate in IT Asset Management by ensuring all devices are properly assigned
• Assist colleagues with device setup, application installation and perform minor troubleshooting where necessary

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Superior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using database applications and business information systems
• Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with the use of a computer, scanner, and office printer
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High School diploma
