Product Engineer II- GeoAnalytics

• Define user requirements and apply best practices
• Create and execute high-quality test plans
• Document newly developed functionality, APIs, and processes
• Build, document and present analysis workflows
• Create and ship quality software by working in an agile, highly interactive, creative team environment
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in spatial analysis or GIS, utilizing Python, R, or another high-level programming language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical presentation and interacting with colleagues across organizations
• Proven ability to work in teams
• Bachelor's in computer science, GIS, statistics, or related field

Recommended Qualifications

• Master's in computer science, GIS, statistics, or related field
• Experience with Apache Spark or Apache Hadoop
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Amazon EMR, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Google Data Pro
