ad team of benefits consultants** providing Tier 1-3 benefits management including resolution of complex cases relating to benefits in all countries of operation who have to follow processes but also make judgement calls and investigate cases (3rd line activity)
• Managing the benefits budget delivery ($70m - 10% of total People Cost) - tracking the end to end purchase placement & fulfilment (reconciling order & invoices) - including annual forecasting and alignment with finance MTP
• Supplier analysis to improve quality of delivery
• Metrics and Reporting, develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success and improve productivity
• Benefits Education: Own manager and leader education presenting to PLG and SLT & AMA in countries
Required Experience:
• Six years experience in managing Global Benefits
• Six years experience Continuous Improvement
• Five years experience in managing teams (focus on productivity, reporting key performance and analysis)
• Five years experience in managing budgets
