**Responsibilities**  
  
**Responsibilities & Deliverables:** **Experience :3-5Yrs**  
  
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:  
  

-   Validates resource assignments/resource management (bookings)
-   **Experience as PMO or Resource Manager**
-   **Should be good in Excel, Data ,Microsoft, power BI(Good to Have)**
-   Resource Data Hygiene - Ensure hygiene is maintained on regular cadence for cost rates, resource attributes etc.
-   **Demand Forecasting - working closely with all Payments Sub-Business Units (America, International, and more) stockholders on demand forecasting.**
-   **Monthly actuals tracking - create a holistic forecast based on actual data.**
-   **Timesheet - to support all timesheet-related issues.**
-   **Support Kimble updating and Power-Bi reports.**
-   Utilization of resources - to review utilization on a bi-weekly basis and raise flags when needed.
-   Ad-hoc tasks
