Lead project teams through change management in order to establish new processes and automations
Partner with cross-functional project teams to execute identified strategic initiatives related to People Technology and drive efficiency
Perform analysis & research to identify process updates to optimize efficiencies; partner with the business operations/functional owners to implement changes
Present system functionality & recommendations to HR & Business leaders
Manage the design, configuration, testing, deployment & change management of Workday processes
Manage large scale data updates through EIBs and work through any associated errors preventing successful completion
Provide training & guidance to cross-functional teams on new HRIS functionality
Collaborate with other Workday functional areas including reporting & analytics
Manage & support Workday bi-annual releases & adoption item implementations
Serve as point-of-contact for special projects related to Workday business processes & updates. Manage configuration, testing & implementation for launch of new functionality as well as coordinate potential communication for the update
Provide day-to-day support on standard business processes performed within People Technology systems for People team and business managers
