Assist and communicate with executives and leaders across Finastra in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

Key Responsibilities:
Operational business reviews and planning: facilitate and drive monthly/quarterly operational business review preparation and review
Strategic projects / initiatives management: develop and drive often cross-functional strategic / operational projects and initiatives
Business processes: establish a business cadence with cross-functional stakeholders across the Lending Business Unit
Data and reporting management: establish improved data and reporting framework across the business unit - data hygiene, processes and recurring reports/ inputs required to support operational and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications:
Overall 6+ years of experience with 3+ years of business operations or business strategy consultancy / corporate strategy or corporate development
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, strong at execution
Successfully collaborate and influence across multiple teams and levels
Clear communicator with professional presence; experience working with senior stakeholders, ability to influence (verbally, written material) to drive to an outcome
Proven track record in project and business management
Strong Microsoft office skills esp. PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications
Agile mindset and being comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented, able to work independently and synthesize vast amounts of info quickly
Understanding of Software industry and/or Financial Services industry is preferred
