  • Contract administration for the purpose of validation before contract execution and signature, tracking and accurately recording the company's revenue in accordance with IFRS

  • Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and alignment of contracts across their entire lifecycle in SFDC and ZAB, aligned to the signed contracts

  • Responsible for proactively remediating the historical contract set-up issues within the current portfolio of contracts to ensure accurate future billings

  • Responsible for ensuring contract price books are accurately set-up reflecting and updated for CPI on a timely basis and customer notifications are issued

  • Contributing to the advancement of the company's systems used to support, report, track and hold accountable business leaders and functions.

  • Capturing required contract details in Salesforce.com

  • Creation of billing artefacts to support onward billing - contract assets or subscriptions, billing groups, sales orders.

  • Rejecting deals that have been processed incorrectly by sales and have them corrected and resubmitted

  • To provide handover to the billing team, customer solutions team and collections team

  • To evaluate contract compliance and generate opportunities for sales when in breach

Required Experience:

  • Degree from a top-tier university, ideally within an analytical, business or mathematical discipline
  • Ability to interpret, present and explain complex accounting issues
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Motivated by a challenging, dynamic and demanding environment
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in an environment working to deadlines and/or time critical SLAs
  • Understanding and experience of CRM systems (Salesforce.com and Netsuite preferred) within the sales organization
  • Atleast 2 years experience working within a sales or sales operations, order to cash and finance environment within a software organization
