Manager
The Day-to-Day:
Be the primary bridge between the Private Client Group and the Digital Engineering team to gather and document needs
Create detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases for new and evolving web products
Conduct stakeholder interviews, lead requirement workshops, and facilitate discovery sessions
Define and manage product requirements across platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud, CRM systems, and PMG tools
Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible, aligned to roadmap goals, and support priorities
Ensure that non-functional requirements, including compliance, performance, security, and scalability-are clearly defined and addressed
Support the testing lifecycle, including UAT planning, test-case validation, and release sign-off
Monitor and communicate status, changes, and risks related to our requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on client-facing digital platforms or enterprise web applications
Strong experience developing BRDs and functional specifications that serve both business and technical audiences
Experience partnering with sales/advisory teams-preferably in financial services-to translate business goals into digital product requirements
Familiarity with CRM systems and financial services tools such as PMG, or equivalent wealth management applications
Experience working with hybrid Agile delivery teams and backlog management practices
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar client portals.
Understand client data platforms (CDPs), customer engagement platforms, and omnichannel marketing tools
Knowledge of financial industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, GLPA)
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart or Visio.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Compensation:
$85,000-$125,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
