Client Operations Specialist

with trust banks, custodians and other vendors to support client cash flows and requests

• Understand and monitor institutional compliance issues including: unique codes of ethics and internal requirements

• Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential information/documents

• Oversee the creation, development, documentation and implementation of operational workflows and process improvements in serving the needs of institutional investors

• Provide quality assurance checks for other team members to prevent negative client impact

Your Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

• Fluent in business English and Japanese

• 5+ years operational experience

• Experience working in the Japanese asset management industry

• Outstanding analytical, communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and prioritize large workloads
