    Position summary

    ms integrating with enterprise identity providers like Okta and Auth

    • Promote content personalization by using AI/ML technologies and data analytics platforms like Salesforce Personalize & Data Cloud

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement advanced analytics and reporting features using cloud-based business intelligence tools

    • Ensure global usability through localization, responsive design, and headless CMS architecture

    • Maintain a modular, API-first architecture to support new content types and extensibility

    • Oversee compliance with international privacy regulations and internal standards

    Your Qualifications:

    Required:

    • 10+ years of experience in architecture and design for digital and OTT platforms in the media and entertainment industry

    • Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies for content personalization and recommendation engines

    • Expertise in cloud-based media delivery and management using services like Experience Cloud, Media Hub Like Kaltura/Vimeo, Azure Media Service

    • Proven experience designing scalable platforms to support 100K+ concurrent users on cloud infrastructure

    • Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud security protocols

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

    Preferred:

    • Experience with serverless architectures and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes)

    • Familiarity with data lakes and big data analytics platforms for user behavior analysis

    • Knowledge of low-latency streaming technologies and protocols (e.g., WebRTC, DASH, or HLS)

    • Understanding of edge computing for improved content delivery and reduced latency

    • Experience with cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
