Execute physical end-user inter- and intra- office relocation services

Your Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations
A+ Certification
Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Demonstrated success in decision-making and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service skills
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in business English
A University degree, technical certifications, or combination of education and hands-on experience required
