    Position summary

    Responsible for operational, compliance and financial audits for a broad range of functions in European offices

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process

    • Document internal controls and procedures

    • Provide recommendations for internal controls and compliance with applicable European laws and regulations. Escalate potentially significant risks and exposures to senior management

    • Manages audit engagements to ensure the elements meet business requirements completely and efficiently

    • Coordinates efforts across business units to complete audits

    • Develops best practices and tools for program execution and management

    Your Qualifications:

    • University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

    • 5+ years relevant audit experience within the financial services industry preferred

    • Previous audit and project management experience preferred

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required

    • Strong knowledge of CSSF laws, regulations and practices

    • Ability to analyse operational functions, processes and workflow, and understand interdepartmental relationships

    • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong written and documentation skills

    • Strong organizational, time management, decision making and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
