    Position summary

    ay-to-Day:**

    • Develop and document processes and procedures to support team department activities and supporting similar developments as applicable

    • Manage all phases of individual projects to ensure they are completed by their deadlines

    • Use project management skills, and technical knowledge, to assess and resolve project-related obstacles

    • Assess incoming projects' requirements from a business and systems standpoint and provide recommendations for improvement

    • Coordinate reporting for daily operations and projects to support management

    • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, problems, and propose solutions

    • Provide a high level of communication support to all company partners and elevate issues proactively

    • Support Payroll team in reviewing and testing new product features of existing technology to ensure quality assurance standards

    • General system troubleshooting and maintenance in UKG Workforce Management with consulting support

    Your Qualifications:

    • Degree in Information Technology, or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education/experience

    • 3+ years of applicable Business Analysis experience

    • 3+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Management

    • Experience with project management tools, like Jira.

    Compensation:

    • $75,000 - $105,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience

    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
