Identifies potential process improvements, recommends solutions, and implements solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential information and documents
Understands law enforcement confidentiality, methods, tactics, and procedures
Ability to work swing, weekend, or other shifts as assigned to support the firm's 24/7 operations
Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Experience in an Operations Center environment
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Ability to multi-task and maintain focus on priority monitoring systems for an extended amount of time
