The Day-to-Day:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including both client-side and server-side components
Build and improve RESTful APIs and integration layers that connect CRM, identity management, media delivery, and analytics platforms
Implement authentication and authorization workflows to support secure access and role-based functionality across applications
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end engineers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
Develop and maintain data orchestration services, caching mechanisms, and middleware to support real-time and batch processing
Ensure observability and system through proper logging, monitoring, and error handling.
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, peer code reviews, and technical documentation
Continuously refactor and enhance systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or back-end-focused developer.
Proficient in modern server-side programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, .NET Core, Java, Python)
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
Experience with API architecture, web services, and integration patterns (REST, webhooks, event-driven)
Knowledge of cloud-native development platforms for deployment, API management, and scalability
Familiarity with integrating CRM systems, media platforms, content systems, and customer data tools
Strong grasp of security best practices, including encryption, token-based auth, and secure data access
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, CRM, and portfolio management tools
Exposure to media streaming, personalization engines, or data analytics frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud DevOps pipelines and tools (CI/CD, containers, infrastructure-as-code)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
Compensation:
$125,000-$165,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
