The Day-to-Day:
Lead the technical delivery of SAP Ariba solutions from design through testing and go-live
Translate business requirements into technical design specifications, estimates, and delivery plans
Configure and develop across SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing) to meet internal needs
Build and maintain integrations between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems (including data flows and CIG/middleware)
Contribute to technical direction and architecture decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long-term platform health
Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes across configuration and custom solutions
Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, QA, and other engineers to deliver outcomes in an Agile environment
Mentor peers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing
Your Qualifications:
Proven experience designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Ariba solutions in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience across key Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing)
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical designs and lead delivery through testing, deployment, and support
Strong experience with Ariba solution architecture and configuration/ customization best practices
Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and related tools (e.g., CIG/middleware) including master and transactional data flows
Working knowledge of procurement and invoicing processes and relevant SAP MM/FI integration points
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
