The Day-to-Day:
Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions to surface insights and align on vision and priorities
Develop and communicate experience strategies rooted in user needs, business objectives, and product goals-particularly for FinTech or Salesforce-based platforms
Translate ideas into clear, compelling concepts, flows, and high-fidelity designs that guide teams
Champion a user-centered approach throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other designers to co-create solutions and maintain momentum
Present and defend design decisions to executive stakeholders using storytelling, data, and domain insight
Contribute to and help evolve design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across applications
Help shape the design culture by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and elevating the UX discipline within the organization
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of UX design experience, including substantial time spent in innovation, financial services, or enterprise B2B tools
Experience leading design thinking and experience strategy efforts in complex, regulated, or data-heavy domains
Proven track record designing intuitive, elegant digital experiences that solve real user problems while delivering business impact
Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and other industry-standard design and collaboration tools
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, storytelling, and polished design execution
Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills-comfortable working with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
Inclusive mindset with a commitment to accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
Compensation:
$100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
