Monitor assigned queues and tasks throughout the workday to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and complete
Maintain ownership of each record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, membership programs, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction
Quickly assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions including ability to draw clear conclusions
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by manager
Your Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a corporate travel agent
Proficient in Sabre required
Knowledgeable on all types of ticketing, exchanges, and voiding of tickets
Familiar with group and conference travel arrangements and preferred vendor programs
Understanding of international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources and travel documentation requirements
Responsible, accountable, and motivated
Keep pace with others on the team and be able to help with mass bookings
