    Position summary

    vel Agreements and provide regular reports to leadership. You will help analyze and optimize vendor performance to maximize our partnerships. You will report directly to the Data & Process Team Leader.

    The Day-to-Day:

    • You will create and manage dashboards and scorecards to track and analyze vendor performance, including regular reporting

    • You will escalate vendor performance issues

    • You will onboard new vendors and track budgets

    • You will identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve resource utilization efficiency

    • You will help administer users licenses and process invoices

    Your Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, supply chain management, or a similar role

    • Experience tracking and analyzing vendor performance metrics

    • Experience with various software licensing models

    • Experience onboarding new vendors and processing vendor invoices

    • Experience utilizing data visualization and data analytics tools

    Compensation:

    • $75,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience

    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
