Responsibilities include:
Developing and Managing business intelligence solutions
Translate ambiguous business requirements into measurable insights with an emphasis on accuracy.
Conduct analysis to construct explanations and recommendations for enhancements through manipulation of large data sets
Envision & design dashboards to enable leadership to make data driven decisions
Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations
Lead projects and initiatives focused on streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
provides the foundation which will keep Forcepoint informed and up to date on important benchmarks.
Leverage technical & statistical knowledge to both merge and interpret multiple data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
Nurture strong working relationships across departments and project stakeholders based on trust and mutual respect
Train team members on existing dashboards and processes and mentor them as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
BS degree math, statistics, computer science, or other related discipline
5+ years' experience in business analytics (data science is preferred)
5+ years' experience in Tableau, Data Optimization, and data modeling
Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Clari, Outreach or other Sales/Marketing/CRM tools and various data sources
Energetic and analytical with a positive approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to handle database and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
Tableau Zen Master and/or Analytics tools certifications is preferred
Proven experience with statistical tools (R, Python) and methods to incorporate statistical results into analysis and predictive models
