Develop and present technical solutions to the field teams and customers showcasing our data security products and services
Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Design and develop compelling demo scripts and proof of value workflows for field-facing teams
Create technical assets such as customer discovery questionnaires and ROI calculators
Inbound Functions
Analyze complex client requirements and design tailored data security solutions
Work with competitive intelligence team to develop collateral and battle cards as needed.
Create detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams for proposed solutions
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product roadmaps
Provide technical support and guidance to implementation teams during solution deployment
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
5+ years of experience in data security, with a focus on solution architecture
Deep understanding of data security principles, technologies, and best practices
Strong knowledge of relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a solutions engineering or pre-sales capacity
Proven ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and proof of value workflows
Experience in designing technical assets such as discovery questionnaires and ROI calculators
