Order Management to ensure deals can be transacted
Finance to understand impact to profitability
Manage larger more complex deals through the sales cycle and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and aware of the impacts to their functional area
Assist in the creation and implementation of tools to drive better and more transparent decision making
Work closely with regional sales leadership to help control pricing and optimizing sales efficiency measuring to key KPI's
Work with various leadership and operational teams to drive process improvement with the aim to reduce complexity and simplify the sales cycle
Build an understanding of the key levers / tools available to meet customer needs and move away from pricing being the only lever.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience or in-depth knowledge of the Cyber Security industry
Experience of covering APAC markets
Experience of in-depth knowledge of SaaS / Subscriptions / Software
5yrs+ experience of working in a similar role (either Deal Desk / Pricing / Sales Ops / Sales Finance)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Able to work with ambiguity and still able to have a recommended path forward
Able to articulate relevant information clearly to the appropriate stakeholders and influence where needed
Experience of negotiation frameworks and how to use this to our advantage
Enjoy building relationships and partner with many people simultaneously
Prioritize workload and multitask during busy periods
Degree / Professional qualifications in relevant fields an advantage
Speaking other languages would be beneficial
May need to travel c.10%-20% of the time
