You proactively identify and escalate impediments, manage risk, and enable continuous improvement. You are considered an expert in scaling Lean and Agile practices, based upon Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You understand the opportunities and challenges associated with developing complex software at a large scale, across multiple teams and multiple geographies. You foster a Lean-Agile mindset and ability to transform by coaching leaders, teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners. You partner with your peer Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers, and cross functional leaders to continuously inspect and adapt our product development lifecycle to achieve optimal flow and predictability.
Job Responsibilities
Act as local expert on Scaled Agile and Lean-Agile principles.
Coach leaders, managers, teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
Foster Agile Communities and promote the use of modern Agile engineering best practice.
Able to coach multiple individuals and teams across geographies.
Assist teams optimize the flow of customer value using various tools including Kanban boards and similar information radiators
Assist Release Train Engineers in their responsibilities of facilitating and improving Agile Release train events and incremental planning.
Identify and facilitate organizational level risks and dependencies. Coordinate, mitigate and reduce business impact.
Conduct Agile maturity assessments based upon subjective and objective data. Actively consult teams and stakeholders on improvement opportunities.
Review capacity plans and business priorities to build focus on critical bottlenecks and impediments.
Work with Product Management, Engineering, Business Owners and teams to build alignment on strategy and execution.
Enable organizational focus and alignment on high value, high quality outcomes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study
Experience (Required):
At least 6 years of Agile experience serving in an Agile role including Scrum Master, Product Owner, Coach or similar role.
Experience with various Agile frameworks (XP, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
Experience in Agile Frameworks, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Knowledgeable in Software Security industry and customer solutions.
Skills:

Ability to negotiate and provide solutions to challenging product development issues.

Leverage experiences and interpret data to determine areas of potential business risk and impact.
Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Microsoft productivity tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Experience with collaboration tools including Teams and Slack.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP, Scrum.org PSM, PMI Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SASM), Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Program Consultant (SPC)
