    Position summary

    nctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Interacts directly with the customer/user when the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, such as with systems level software where the user has a technical background.. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments; work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. University degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
