, data sourcing/database and technology management, creation of metrics and report design, collaboration across the Enterprise to provide support and provide guidance relating to Monthly/Quarterly reporting.
Your Impact:
Support the issuance of the Risk Report
Oversee and maintain the Risk Report SQL database, along with other associated databases and technology, for report automation
Partner and collaborate with Freddie Mac's First Line and Second Line data providers on metric design, data upload, commentary review and guidance on processes
Monitor and resolve data discrepancies
Develop and provide regular status reporting and tracking
Support the Quarterly Board Reporting and Governance process
Agenda review and distribution of Agenda, guidance and deliverable timeline
Maintain Agenda Topic Governance Tracker which includes Division Risk Committees
Collaborate across all divisions on meeting deliverable timelines, questions relating to materials, guidance and lessons learned
Review of materials submitted for governance and adherence to Legal's requirements
Other department duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree and 5+ years of experience; or equivalent
Understanding of Risk Management, Reporting and Governance
Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and SharePoint, Python preferred
Data Management experience

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $101,000 - $151,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
