to communicate open items related to various hygiene topics across the department while gathering the latest updates. They will foster constructive feedback, monitor ongoing issues and drive timely resolutions to ensure all the open items are resolved by their target timelines.
Understands and maintain the annual budget, including computing monthly spent for all teams within the department. They will collaborate with teams to ensure that actual spending aligns with the projected monthly forecast. Additionally, they will oversee the accurate logging of team activities in Jira and other tools.
Will oversee labor and non-labor contracts, navigating procurement processes for renewals with precision. They will also maintain the resource organization chart while forecasting needs, tracking headcount and managing open requirements for the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related field or equivalent work experience
6 or more years' experience in Project Management
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Experience participating in discussions with senior leadership to understand the vision and strategic goals being supported by the team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Experience with Jira
Strong decision-making skills: problem solving, coupled with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting to senior leadership
Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group
Industry certifications such as PMP, CSM are a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
