Your Impact:

• Hands-on experience with configuring and administering MacOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer systems.

• Support our working knowledge of security best practices relating to MDM, and devices.

• Complement our ability to support our large deployments and document processes and procedures.

• Partner with other groups for Desktop and Application Virtualization.

• Support migrations and ongoing projects relating to MDM.

• Provide technical assistance and perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with MAM/MDM environments, preferably Workspace One.

• 4+ years systems engineering experience in large Enterprises.

• MacOS workstation experience in the Enterprise, to include configuration, device management and settings to comply with organizational policies.

• Strong background providing user support

• Ability to transform business requirements to infrastructure requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and strong coordination and communication skills to work with representatives across various business units.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $95,000 - $143,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
