Your Impact:
Design and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for managing cybersecurity risk, response, and assurance.
Identify, define, and establish processes to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Integrate cybersecurity risks, security trends, industry guidance, regulatory requirements and best practices to advance organizational risk posture.
Identify and develop proactive strategies to manage emerging cyber risks and secure business requirements.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures and protocols and collaborate with partners to strengthen protections.
Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that there is a rich exchange of cyber risk information
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
8-10 years of professional experience (operational risk, process management, audit experience, crisis management).
Understanding of risk management practices at large financial services institutions, technology companies, or government agencies.
Solid understanding and experience with operational risk management, covering the full lifecycle of activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present content of varying levels of complexity.
Highly driven, results oriented, and looked at as a "valued partner" that works effectively and collaboratively with diverse groups of partners.
Self-motivated and can inspire action through interpersonal skills, relationship building, and proactive leadership.
Keys to Success in this Role:
A leader who can work with multiple partners, develop and execute against strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities.
Professional certifications in project management, security (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) or third-party risk.
Experienced in leading incident management, crisis management, and/or cybersecurity risk programs.
Effectively manage projects using standard project management tools, including business case development, project plans, budget management, issues and risks management and status reporting.
Ability to foster teams that can operate as self-motivated and pro-active problem solvers with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities during critical events.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $126,000 - $190,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
