Apply the firm's Model Risk Policy, Standard and Procedure
Support the implementation of division-specific model risk management policies, strategies and operational procedures
Design process and controls to effectively mitigate risk
Help implement and support model-related governance processes and procedures (e.g., model documentation and retention, data quality, user acceptance testing governance, quality of model documentation repository)
Monitor second line of defense model findings and partner with stakeholders to disposition them timely
Support routine/quarterly meetings (e.g., Division Model Risk Forum and Model Risk Committee) by collaborating with stakeholders for input, monitoring and following up on completion, obtaining management reviews and approvals, taking meeting minutes/capturing action items, and finalizing/releasing/retaining final materials
Assure adherence to schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
Regularly interact with management and peers on matters concerning risk governance processes, procedures and deliverables
Participate as a key member of a high performing, result-oriented team
Qualifications:
5 - 8 years of related experience
Some technical knowledge of model development and oversight
Fundamental understanding of technology/model risk management, governance routines, controls and desire to learn
Knowledge of the technical lifecycle to include design, development, testing, implementation, use, change, and performance monitoring
Understanding and experience with operational risk management to include phases such as risk identification, assessment, root cause, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting
Experience with reporting tools or running queries (e.g., Excel data) to produce reports
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; experience in technology/model governance preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $142,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
