The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant responsible for providing program management support (and leading the project management of certain projects) with heavy change management components. They will also partner with leads across HR to increase the flow of information within the division and ensuring successful execution and implementation of agreed-upon strategic initiatives. You will work on multi-disciplinary projects, requiring the need to balance tactical and strategic work. You will value and develop lasting relationships across HR and the enterprise, collaborating closely with partners to enable change and influence action at all levels of the division.

Your Role:
Areas of Focus include:
Program Management: Engage directly with department leadership and subject matter experts to guide and align the division's portfolio of programs, projects and initiatives and achievement of business outcomes collectively. Engage directly with partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of each individual project and the collective achievement of strategic priorities and business outcomes.
Change Management: Develop a scalable change management framework using best practices that includes processes for determining business requirements and level of change impact by audience. Collaborate with partners to build change management plans to address communication needs, ensure user acceptance, minimize resistance, mitigate risk, assess implementation readiness and improve adoption to reinforce plans to operationalize change. Engage directly with leaders in fulfilling the role of change sponsor and support project teams in incorporating change management activities into project plans. Define and develop metrics to measure the performance of change management initiatives, collaborating to build comprehensive reporting of outcomes.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and foster collaborative relationships with key partners, working effectively at multiple levels within the division and influencing without authority. Coordinate multiple project managers who support multiple high-priority projects concurrently throughout the division. Provide coaching support as needed, partnering with all team members, including end users, managers, senior leaders, and executives.
Communications: Synthesize and summarize complex topics into streamlined and clear project and change management plans and briefings to a variety of audiences.
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience; Prosci and PMP certifications preferred
Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience
Demonstrated proficiency in change management and experience in applying scalable change management framework to projects and initiatives
Experience in program management and project management
Demonstrated proficiency in project management software (Asana preferred)
Experience in process improvement preferred
Ability to distill information into engaging and impactful presentations for all audiences
Proven track record of presenting to various stakeholders displaying poise under pressure and inspiring others to get results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint
Strong quantitative and analytic skills and demonstrated experience in influencing without authority
Experience in providing resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems providing innovative, detailed, and practicable solutions

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
