of a smart, talented team responsible for working on large scale change efforts for the Single-Family Acquisitions (SFA) Division. Specifically, we are responsible for the following:
Acting as internal consultants in support of the Strategic Transformation team responsible for leading and facilitating efforts that drive change in areas across our operating model, technical capabilities, and strategic planning.
Leading or supporting transformation efforts across a variety of areas within SFA. We collaborate and partner across many stakeholder groups within the division and across the enterprise to drive operating model improvements and adoption of change efforts.
Your Impact:
Quickly assess, analyze, and evaluate client requirements and business goals to collaborate on formulating solutions to address complex business challenges.
Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover operational efficiencies, weaknesses, problems, and opportunities.
Formulate, recommend, and execute transformation strategies, in alignment with change management efforts.
Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to peers and internal clients at all levels within the organization.
Assist with implementation and tracking/monitoring of strategies and engage seamlessly for internal client feedback.
Develop concise written materials with a strong ability for creating complementary graphic designs to "tell the story."
Create and model dashboards, reports, and develop complex business cases using Excel and other tools.
Adapt to shifting engagements and leverage a broad array of skills including process mapping/modeling, interaction modeling, stakeholder engagement,
Operate with a product management mindset, seeking opportunities to develop solutions that are desirable, feasible, and viable.
Demonstrated strength in analytics including strong financial management and modeling skills.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of related work experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
MBA or Master's degree a plus
Consulting experience with the Big 3 firms or equivalent management consulting firm highly desirable
Industry expertise in Financial Services Sector/Mortgage a plus
Experience facilitating large working groups (using design thinking techniques, Mural)
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong/Advanced Excel skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 - $193,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
