Facilitating the relationship between customer and 3rd party vendors with whom the customer contracts directly.
Travel to customer sites in the region as required.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
C/C++, Java, SQL, Shell scripting, ability to read and interpret logs & debug files, Kubernetes.
Red Hat Linux and Oracle
Software engineering experience for Real time systems like SCADA systems.
Experience picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems preferred.
Proven track record of problem identification, analysis and resolution.
Strong troubleshooting & debug skills.
DevOps Experience with tools like Jenkins, GITHUB, Clear Case, SVN
Must be able to speak and write in English
