onsibilities**
Provide overall technical & people leadership.
Responsible for the team's technical recommendations to programs and leadership.
Actively represents and influences disciplines or programs during discussions with GM.
Translate organizational KPIs into daily management/WOR; keep the team focused during priority shifts, set operating cadence as well as drive action plan and execution.
Manage team operations and health, drives system thinking, risk abatement and problem solving.
Engages diverse set of stake holders.
Implement and identifies business initiatives as required. Serve as a role model in safety compliance and integrity.
Be actively involved in the technical execution of the team. Escalates when necessary and resolves priority conflicts.
Actively addresses concerns and builds a culture of psychological safety where all voices are heard, respected and encouraged particularly when leading efforts.
Identify and develop resources aligned with business needs at the discipline/program level.
Participate in defining the section/discipline/product strategy aligned with true north metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
May have extended roles and/or technical responsibility within product or program.
Influence and responsibility scope could include but it is not limited to product line, agencies, customers, etc.
Enable employees to deliver customer value as a Front-Line Leader
Provide clear thinking and concise customer communication.
Drive performance and foster a culture of improvement through a systematic approach to FLIGHT DECK implementation
