    Position summary

    ain automation strategy aligned with GE Aerospace's business objectives and SQDC priorities.

    • Lead and manage automation projects from conception through implementation.

    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.

    • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement both simple and complex automation technologies.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives.

    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced technologies such as robotics, AI, IoT, and data analytics.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain automation to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Lead the creation of core standards to enable core competency building and rapid scaling of developed solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on automation and technology implementation.

    • Proven track record of leading large-scale automation projects and driving strategic initiatives in a complex, global supply chain environment.

    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and technologies, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and MES.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
