    Position summary

    /plant level, etc.

    • Manage digital channels and other internal platforms in partnership with the Digital team

    • Define analytics to measure communication effectiveness

    • Partner with HR to ensure appropriate distribution according to internal needs

    • Produce news and material for Avio Aero Intranet and GE Aerospace Jetway

    • Create newsletters, videos and communication toolkits

    • Manage specific projects to engage our people on core themes, such as quality, safety and lean

    • Design and produce presentations and other internal materials

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Master's degree in communications

    • Experience in leading internal communication projects and initiative

    • Solid communication skills and competencies

    • Fluent and/or excellent verbal/written skills in both English and Italian

    • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
