    Position summary

    rate reports as required, including but not limited to dollars shipped report, parts in staging, etc.

    • Maintain thorough understanding of all material transactions / processes to ensure order fulfillment accuracy

    • Work with support teams to identify / release holds impacting material flow (license required, quality hold, credit hold, etc.)

    • Coordinate all activities with our external carriers, including any special shipping requirements

    • Coordinate with support teams such as planning, order entry, quality to ensure customer requirements are met Attend required customer portal training Generate required packaging documentation

    • Perform ship confirms in ERP and applicable customer portal

    • Maintain shipping requirements as required by customers and government regulations

    • Complete hazardous material shipment log per FAA requirements, and maintain certification to ship hazardous materials

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Minimum of 3 years of materials management experience in a manufacturing environment

    Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to work overtime (including some weekends and Holidays) as required based on work volume

    • Must be capable of lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Proficient in ERP system & Microsoft applications

    • Proficient with US Export regulations, both NLR & LRC shipments

    • Proficient with packaging & routing requirements for U. S. Military shipments

    • Advanced lean principles

    • Manufacturing Resource Planning / Inventory Management skills

    • Advanced experience with customer facing responsibilities

    • Must be organized & possess the ability to multi-task

    • Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills

    • Must actively participate in teaming environment that uses lean & 5S practices to improve products & processes

    The base pay for this position is $50,000.00-$57,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education and skillset. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025.
