    Position summary

    d maintain the plant vision for success

    • Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving

    • Provide leadership development and performance feedback to the plant staff

    • Establish and maintain positive corporate citizenship through community organizations and the media

    • Work with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business

    • Develop and track expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization

    • Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements

    • Drive Flight Deck culture and methodology

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University &

    • significant manufacturing / services or repair activities experience

    Strong Lean expertise in driving transformation
