Senior Staff Engineer - EBC Materials and Processes

rtner with Design and Supply Chain to lead EBC technology maturation programs, support root cause investigations, and other process or material development to support current fielded products like LEAP and GE9X

• Develop next generation EBC materials and processes to support future commercial and/or military components

• Problem solve EBC production issues as needed

• Develop and support data analytics and modeling of manufacturing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science

• At least 5 additional years of experience in a program or project leadership role within an engineering environment

Desired Characteristics

• Technical experience with ceramic processing

• Technical experience with coatings materials and processes

• Effective team building and project management ability

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Knowledge of EBC materials and processing

• Knowledge of CMC materials and processing
