Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide sustainment program leadership for assigned fleets and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent GE in business and contract related discussions with the customer
Provide on-site leadership to the team for day-to-day operations to meet contract deliverables
Collaborate with GE, contractors, and customer's teams to develop and execute the plan to mobilize teams, office spaces, digital fleet management tools, and infrastructure to begin executing the contract
Develop reporting plan to clearly communicate mobilization progress, engine status, inventory status, KPIs, and status of deliverables per the PBL contract
Coordinate and support program management and technical reviews with the customer
Coordinate across GE organizations to achieve customer satisfaction, readiness goals, and business metrics
Liaison between engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, component MROs, GE Contract Performance Manager (CPM), Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Fleet Support Engineering (FSE), repair engineering, and the Material Integrator
Manage engine and component MRO activities to include repair source scheduling, workload, and logistics to meet contractual requirements and optimize repair costs
Responsible for Contract Margin Reviews (if applicable) and associated profitability metrics. Achieve contract productivity targets
Coordinate within the GE matrix to generate engine and module shop visit forecasts as well as field and depot level part forecasts. Flow down forecasts to repair sources and spares organization. Determine minimum inventory levels and order points to replenish customer stores
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Established expertise in Logistics, Program Management, or Project Management
Ability to gain and maintain secure access to Indian military installations
Fluent in both English and Hindi
