    Job Overview

    Join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team focused on delivering impactful, data-driven omnichannel campaigns across the U.S. commercial business. As an Omnichannel Data Enablement Intern, you'll support the execution and coordination of digital marketing efforts that reach healthcare professionals, patients, and care partners across email, web, media, and field sales channels.

    This role offers the opportunity to contribute to priority brand initiatives and experience how marketing campaigns are brought to life in a highly-regulated industry. You'll work across internal teams and external agency partners, gain exposure to digital tools and processes, and leave with a deeper understanding of how data strategy and omnichannel execution can power a relevant customer experience.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop a first party data strategy - Develop requirements on a first party strategy that can be activated on across multiple customer types

    • Map Omnichannel Journeys - Create omnichannel journey maps that identify key touchpoints across channels that influence value for multiple customer types

    • Data Analysis - Identify data collection points for more rapid data activation and analyze data for usage in the identification of key trigger segments

    • Data Standardization - Analyze data and identify key standardization opportunities that allow for more robust targeting and where automation can be maximized across customer data profiles

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related areas of study

    • Demonstrated interest in data-driven marketing campaign development.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), SQL, Data analysis and reporting

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

    • Familiarity with omnichannel or digital marketing concepts, website management, or digital campaign and creative execution

    • Experience or coursework involving campaign development, brand strategy, advertising, digital media, or promotional content execution

    • Experience using marketing technology tools (preferred but not required)

    General Intern Information - Date/Location/Schedule

    Internships will take place June - August 2026. This role will be based in Princeton, NJ and operate on a required hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
