Our Global Security team is pivotal in safeguarding our people, assets, and operations. We are seeking a driven and strategic Global Security Resiliency Services Manager to enhance our preparedness and incident response capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive programs for incident response, emergency management, and crisis management to enhance the company's ability to protect people, assets, and operations. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and require a strategic approach to ensure preparedness and resilience in the face of evolving security threats and natural hazards.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and lead the Resiliency Services program, focusing on incident response, emergency management, and crisis management.
Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams during critical incidents to minimize impact and ensure continuity.
Plan and implement tabletop exercises, drills, and simulations to improve emergency response readiness.
Collaborate with Operations, EH&S, Facilities, IT, and other departments to integrate security and emergency plans.
Maintain and update security response documentation to align with industry standards and evolving risks.
Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate threats.
Establish continuous improvement practices, incorporating lessons from incidents and exercises.
Design and lead training initiatives to build a culture of resiliency across the organization.
Manage program budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
Represent Global Security in partnerships with external organizations and industry networks.
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Emergency Management, or related field.
proven experience in global security, incident response, or crisis management.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience driving initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
Familiarity with emergency management tools and software; proficiency in G-Suite.
The salary range for this pos ition is $139,900 - $205,800. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may al so be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
