Maintain a centralized tracking system for all T&E system changes and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT, Payroll and Business Functions) to gather requirements and design robust systems solutions.
Facilitate T&E governance meetings and oversee resolution of open system tickets.
Develop and maintain business and technical documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
Lead process improvement initiatives and implement system enhancements.
Design, build, and manage User Assistant by WalkMe digital adoption solutions to guide users through SAP Concur workflows.
Analyze end-user feedback to identify and implement usability improvements.
Support Business Systems Analysts on daily operations tasks, including HR/credit card import issues, ad-hoc reports requests, expense reports financial posting failures, and Tier 2 cases responses within SLA.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficient in SAP Concur, Workday, SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, PowerApps, Power BI, Case Management, Knowledge Base, and reporting/dashboard tools.
Experienced in documenting business processes including specifications, test scripts, training material, and change control procedures.
Prior experience in Shared Services or Contact Center environments.
Willingness to work hybrid on night shift.
