The Experience centre guide will be the face of the brand in the local community and have the opportunity to represent the business at key events, networking events and community related events which will provide a mutually beneficial opportunity for the Experience Centre Guide and General Motors.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers: Advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership and convert them into sales by conducting test drives, helping them select the right product configuration and purchase option
Become key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle:
Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales and service processes
Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy by applying a customer-centric, quality mindset
Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs to meet strategic milestones for business growth
Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff
Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with vehicle admin. team
Attending local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales
EU wide delivery, event and pop-up support
Must haves:
Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability
Driver's license (clean record)
4-6 years of automotive, premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality experience
Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key
Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products
Fluent in German and English language skills
