    Position summary

    grow recurring subscribers. A key component for growth in this role is identification of both internal and external partnership opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Explore new channels to grow OnStar subscribers and revenue (e.g. external partnerships)

    • Assist in the development and execution of the e-commerce platform, while managing performance and implementing countermeasures to drive subscribers and revenue growth

    • Manage the relationship between GM Canada and SiriusXM to execute joint marketing agreements and campaigns to drive strong revenue and EBIT, including tracking performance, developing marketing calendars, executing national contests, managing a marketing and sales fund and owning the IT technical roadmap for product development

    • Participate in contract negotiations and on-boarding process with external partners (e.g. SiriusXM)

    • Gain a deep understanding of the OnStar and SiriusXM business model to drive performance across KPIs: New Vehicle Attach/Volume, Remarketing Attach/Volume and Churn

    • Work cross-functionally with the OnStar Sales & Marketing Team in the US to ensure global alignment on overall sales & marketing strategy

    • Integrate seamlessly into the global processes & favorably influence stakeholders in subscription service benefits and growth

    • Ensure Canadian market needs are met in all OnStar & Connected Services marketing activities

    • Effectively develop and present innovative business cases / proposals to senior leadership and finance for approval

    • Develop impactful sales, marketing and training tools for field staff and dealership personnel

    • Leverage data and analytics to drive overall performance

    • Partner with sales channel leads (e.g. digital, advisor) to drive sales performance through respective channels

    • Assist in forecasting key KPIs

    • Assist in the flawless execution of product launches

    • Track and measure performance to KPI forecasts

    • Gather channel feedback on pilots to improve execution and results

    Additional Description

    Qualifications

    • University Degree (Bachelor of Commerce / Business with major in Marketing considered an asset)

    • Marketing experience - 3 years minimum

    • Previous field sales experience considered an asset

    • Automotive and subscription business experience consider an asset

    • Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
